Do you make custom jewelry in Chattanooga?
Yes, custom design is what Goss is known for. Bring in an idea, a photo, or an heirloom and our craftsmen will design and build a one-of-a-kind piece in-house. Most custom projects are finished in two to four weeks, and it always starts with a free, no-obligation consultation.
How much does a custom piece or repair cost?
Custom pieces are priced to your design and materials, and most repairs are quoted free in-store, there's no charge to bring something in and get a price. Walk in or call (423) 380-2922 and we'll take a look.
Can you repair or restore my ring or jewelry?
Absolutely. We handle ring sizing, prong re-tipping, soldering, stone setting and replacement, and chain and clasp repair. Don't throw broken jewelry away, most repairs are done right here and back to you when promised.
Do you sell engagement and wedding rings?
We do. You'll find a wide selection of diamond engagement rings, wedding bands and men's rings in our showroom, and we can custom-design the ring you have in mind from scratch.
Do you repair watches and replace batteries?
Yes, we sell quality watches and handle battery replacement, band sizing and watch servicing to keep your timepiece running.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We're at 1925 Gunbarrel Rd, Suite I-117 in Chattanooga, near the Gunbarrel Road shopping district. Open Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 10am–3pm, closed Sunday. Walk-ins welcome, or call ahead for custom work.
